Incude basic popularity mechanics

Now buing cost of machines are dynamic - all new week game popularity change (value hiden for now - it's % value that comes from last week average happiness income on this game, and how many games was relesed after this one) and with popularity price change too.

In next update I will add "stnadrad token price" - this value will say how much clients can pay for one token. If Your price will be to high they will ignore this game.
