Standard token cost and popularity displayed

New patch include "standard tocken cost" that clients use to check if game is not too expensive to play.
Standard token cost is displayed in machine select menu in ()
Token cost : xx  (Standard token cost)

Game get standard token cost from game popularity * default token cost.

Game popularity are now displayed in building menu.
